By registering an account on ph11b, accessing the platform, or using any service offered by ph11b, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with the ph11b Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. Withdrawals from your ph11b account are processed to Philippine-registered payment accounts in the name of the verified account holder. ph11b does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment instruments not registered in your verified name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits vary by account verification tier and VIP level.

For accounts that have completed ph11b's KYC verification process, GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals complete within one (1) banking day. Unverified accounts are subject to lower withdrawal limits and may experience longer processing times pending identity verification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph11b's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the ph11b platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their ph11b account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph11b expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical errors, server failures, or interruptions to game services caused by circumstances beyond ph11b's reasonable control, including Force Majeure events;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information, opinions, or communications obtained through the ph11b platform that are not provided by ph11b;
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive losses including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity;
• Any actions taken by ph11b in good faith in compliance with regulatory requirements, court orders, or law enforcement directives.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes ph11b's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

ph11b reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, where ph11b determines at its sole discretion that:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The account holder's identity information has been found to be inaccurate or fraudulent;
• The account is the subject of a self-exclusion request, PAGCOR directive, or court order;
• Suspicious or unusual account activity has been detected that warrants investigation;
• The account holder is located in a jurisdiction where ph11b's services are not permitted;
• ph11b is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Upon account termination for cause, ph11b reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no violation occurred, any legitimate real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method. ph11b will communicate the outcome of any account investigation to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. Players with account-related disputes should first contact ph11b's customer support team via live chat or email, providing full details of the issue. ph11b will investigate and respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory or judicial body.

ph11b's decisions regarding game outcome disputes, bonus compliance, and account actions taken in accordance with these Terms are final, subject to the dispute resolution process described above.
